Music in middle school becomes collaborative and creative through both our Rock Band program and our School Orchestra. Students learn instruments, compose and arrange songs, and perform in live settings. Whether they play drums, bass, keyboard, or sing in Rock Band – or play the violin, cello or flute in Orchestra – students work together in small ensembles to build skills in rhythm, musicality, and stage confidence. Music becomes a powerful outlet for expression and connection.

The creativity of our students is on full display in our Middle School Drama program. During the school day, students participate in a drama class that instructs them in acting techniques and builds camaraderie between students through improvisational games and activities. In our after school enrichment program, middle school students can elect to further develop their skills as they rehearse for a theater production, which they perform at the conclusion of the school year.
